Princess Adeola Ilozobhie is the Managing Director of Daylight Microfinance Bank Limited. She holds a National Certificate of Education in Mathematics & Statistics from the Polytechnic Ibadan, and a Bachelors of Education in Social Studies from Lagos State University. She is a Certified Microfinance Banker with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

An accomplished executive with diverse experience in Operations, Marketing, Training, and Customer service including both start-up and growth organizations. Result oriented, decisive leader with proven success in market identification and strategic re-positioning for Billion Naira portfolio. A certified Microfinance Practitioner with track record of growing bottom line while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce cost In line with corporate policy, vision and mission.

She began her career with United Bank of Africa now UBA group in 1990, joined Microfinance Bank in 2010 as Head of Operations at Blue Ridge Mfb, and became the MD in 2011. She was also the Head Business development at Personal Trust Microfinance Bank (a state Mfb) before her present position as the MD/CEO Daylight Mfb. She attended various courses, seminars & conferences both locally & internationally such as Annual SEEP conference in Arlington Virginia USA, Kenya and other different states of Nigeria.

She is Public Relation Officer of National Association of Microfinance Bank (NAMBLAG), Lagos Chapter and the Zonal Secretary of National Association of Microfinance Bank, Mainland Zone and a member Association of Professional Women Bankers. Alumni of School of Africa Microfinance Kenya (SAM).

Ajayi Ebenezer started his banking profession in 1990 with National Bank (Nig.) Limited where he served as a Cashier and later in 1996 rose to the position of Credit Officer. As a Credit Officer, he was in charge of Monthly Credit Portfolio review of the branch, preparation of credit reports and quarterly loan portfolio examination of the branch.

He served as a System/Operation Manager for Personal Trust Saving and Loans Limited where he rose to the position of a branch Manager before the latter was changed to Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Limited. He was the Head of Operations before joining Daylight Microfinance Bank in April 2015.He is a graduate of Lagos State Polytechnic where he studied Accounting. He is a member of Chartered Institute of Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria.

Mrs Talabi Mayokun is the Head of Human Resources and Legal Unit of Daylight Microfinance Bank Limited. She holds degree of Bachelor of Law from the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago- Iwoye, Ogun- State, and having satisfied all the conditions prescribed by law, she has been called to the Bar by the body of Benchers.She worked as Legal Practitioner/Counsel with various Organizations before joining Daylight Microfinance in April 2015. She is responsible for all Legal and Human Resource activities of Daylight Microfinance Bank Limited. She is a member of the Nigeria Bar Association.

Mr. Olubunmi Ayedun is the head, Risk Management of Daylight Microfinance Bank. He is a graduate of university of Ado Ekiti (UNAD), he holds a degree in psychology and PGD in Education from Oba Femi Awolowo University Ile- Ife, Osun State. Mr. Olubunmi attended several courses and seminars/ training’s on risk management. He is also a student member of Chartered Institute of Banks of Nigeria (CIBN).He has 6 years cognate experience in Risk management and insurance. He is also an associate member of Loan and Risk Management institution. His special interest and skill include micro, small and medium scale entrepreneurship (SME) development and economic empowerment programmed.

Ogunnubi Oluwasegun is the Head, Information Technology unit of Daylight Micro Finance Bank. He was instrumental to the foundation laying of IT infrastructure at Daylight Micro Finance Bank. He possessed a B.Sc in Computer Engineering from Lead city University Ibadan. In 2011 he acquired certification in Poise and Customer Relationship Management, His experience cover banking software (maxi-pro), web maintenance, Networking, Hardware and Software management, System Auditing.. He also served in the capacity of a Service Coordinator for the branch as a result of his drive for excellent service delivery. Ogunnubi has undergone training in implementing an Enterprise Risk Management Framework, Effective Selling & Marketing Skills, Business & Social Etiquette, CISCO Certification Training, and Database Administration among others.

Edoho Sunday Ekong is the head, Internal Control, Audit & Compliance Officer of Daylight Microfinance Bank Limited. He is an Accounting & Finance graduate from the Prestigious Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. Edoho is a member of both Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN). He is a Microfinance Certified Practitioner (MICB). He is also a Registered Member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria. Edoho has over 30 years of banking experience in both Commercial and Microfinance Banks. He began his career with Co-operative Development Bank Plc where he gained more experience in finance and control. Edoho also worked with First City Monument Bank Plc in treasury department where he through hard work contributed to the rapid transformation and growth of the bank. He joined Blueridge Microfinance Bank Plc in a management capacity as the Head, Accounts and Finance and later moved to Petra Microfinance Bank Plc as the Head, Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer. He had a stint with Personal Trust Microfinance Bank Ltd as the Head, Internal Control Unit and later became the Head, Internal Audit and Chief Compliance Officer of the Bank. He worked with Swiss Credit Ltd (A Fintech Company) as The General Manager, Finance & Operations. He is result oriented and a decisive leader with proven success in financial management and strategic repositioning. He has attended several management courses and seminars both in Commercial banks and Microfinance banks. Edoho has a track record of growing bottom line and operational improvements to drive productivity. He is a man of integrity and very religious.
